The word " chakra " comes from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit and means "wheel". According to ancient healing traditions, each human being has seven important chakras or centers of energy that emit and absorb good and bad energies. It is important to have a balance of energies in order to have a balance of body, mind and spirit.

These small crystals measure 2 x 2.5 cm, are flat and are known as 'worry stones'. Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones used to calm stress and relieve anxiety. They are typically oval in shape with a thumb indentation. Originally, ordinary rocks found in streams were used for the purpose, but today, worry stones are often made from crystals.
