Payment

www.zoeyadrianna.dk accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and bank transfer (reg: 0111 - account: 6284885374). Payment by card will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped or at your agreed time you have ordered through the booking system.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and include VAT.

www.zoeyadrianna.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery

www.zoeyadrianna.dk delivers on all weekdays. The order is sent with PostNord, DAO or GLS and is usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Reservations are made for unforeseen events at www.zoeyadrianna.dk and the shipping company, as well as weekends, public holidays and vacations.

We generally only deliver to EU countries. For deliveries abroad please write to kontakt@zoeyadrianna.dk

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service. The complaint does not apply to specially made services/goods/products, as well as clairvoyance, angel card reading, spiritual life guidance, gift cards, crystal jewelry, etc.

Reservations are made for printing errors and sold-out items.

The customer is responsible for the return costs of physical products. When returning your goods, they must be properly packaged and the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the return is done properly and without damage, errors or defects. The goods must be sent with delivery directly to the address and not to a post office or parcel shop. The original shipping costs for the purchase will not be refunded.

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

- Delivery of goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including custom-made crystal jewelry, clairvoyance, life guidance, angel card readings, personal courses and workshops.
- Gift card.
- Audio files and other electronic material.

Packages sent on COD, to a parcel shop or post office will not be accepted. These will automatically be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Christmas gifts 2024

Christmas gifts purchased in the period from November 15 to December 24 inclusive can be exchanged until January 5, 2025. Please note that the applicable return terms and conditions for returns and the condition of the item still apply.

Refund - Services, as well as webshop.

If a refund has been agreed, the recipient is asked to provide bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. If payment was made by credit card, the money will be refunded to the card used. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, i.e. either via MobilePay, VISA/Dankort and other cards, ViaBill or credit card, as well as gift cards.

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be paid out to a bank account or exchanged for cash, but will always be refunded in the same way as the original purchase was paid for.

Cancellation of time

If you have booked an appointment for a service such as: spiritual life guidance, soul talk, clairvoyance, healing, angel card reading or similar custom service, cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. If you cancel your booked appointment later than 24 hours before, the full amount will be paid.

In case of no-show, the full amount will be paid.

Return and exchange policy

You have a 14-day right of return and exchange on physical goods purchased through our webshop, with the exception of online products (e.g. audio files, online courses and other digital products), custom-made crystal jewelry, other custom-made goods and gift cards. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

If you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded, provided that the item is returned within a further 14 days from the date on which you have notified us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

If you cancel your purchase between day 15 and day 30 after purchase, a credit card will be issued that can be used in the webshop (although not for the purchase of services).

Costs of return
Any costs associated with returns are borne by you as the customer. Shipping costs for the original delivery are not refundable. You have the option of purchasing a return label from us for 50 DKK. If you want an order resent or exchanged, you must bear the shipping costs yourself.

Return policy
Returns must be made with PostNord or DAO with delivery to a private or business address. Packages sent to a parcel shop or cash on delivery are not accepted and will be returned to the sender at your expense.

Cancellation must be notified to us in writing no later than 14 days after purchase. From the day you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, the item must be returned within a further 14 days. Please note that the cancellation period runs from the date you place the order. Refusing to receive a shipment or failing to pick up a package is not considered an exercise of the right of cancellation. Cancellation must be notified in writing to our email address.

In the email, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, and remember to return the item within 14 days for a refund. If returned items are received after this period, a credit note will be issued instead.

Important notes

  • It is not possible to return goods in person or by leaving them in a mailbox or similar.
  • All returns must be made via a shipping company, such as DAO or PostNord.

Refuse shipment or failure to pick up at parcel shop

Refusing to accept a shipment or failing to pick up a package/order at a parcel shop is not considered a valid exercise of the right of return. The right of withdrawal lapses if the buyer does not clearly state that he wishes to exercise his right of return. This also applies in cases where the package is refused or not picked up. A refund of the order is not possible in such cases.

If the buyer wants the order reshipped, this will be at the buyer's own expense at current shipping prices, plus a return fee of DKK 49. Please note that shipping costs from the original delivery and costs for reshipment are not refunded.

In the event of refusal of shipment or failure to collect the package from a parcel shop, parcel box or similar, for any reason, an administration fee of DKK 49 will be charged. This fee covers the costs incurred by ZoeyAdrianna.dk when the package is returned from the shipping company. The DKK 49 fee will be deducted from any refunds, issuance of a voucher/gift card or before returning the package to the buyer.

Packaging and condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back in the form of a credit note, depending on the commercial value of the item. The packaging must not be broken or damaged.

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item on, but not actually use it. When returning, the item must be returned in its original packaging. The item or packaging must not be damaged, and any tags, labels, packaging, jewelry boxes or similar must be intact.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the item or items are returned safely and in the same condition as when purchased. The buyer is therefore liable if damage occurs during transport in connection with the return, as the buyer is responsible for the item after delivery. When returning, you should ensure that the items are properly packaged. You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Returning goods is at your own risk. If the value of the goods exceeds 5,000 DKK, it is recommended that you return the goods as a value package, which will insure you as a customer in case the package is lost in the mail.

Note:

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
