Payment

www.zoeyadrianna.dk accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and bank transfer (reg: 0111 - account: 6284885374). Payment by card will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched or at your agreed time you have ordered through the booking system.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT

www.zoeyadrianna.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery

www.zoeyadrianna.dk delivers on all weekdays. The order is sent with PostNord, DAO or GLS and is usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Reservations are made for unforeseen events at www.zoeyadrianna.dk and the shipping company, as well as weekends, public holidays and holidays.

As a rule, we only deliver to EU countries. For delivery abroad, please write to kontakt@zoeyadrianna.dk

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service. The complaint does not apply to specially made services/goods/products, as well as clairvoyance, angel card reading, spiritual life guidance, gift cards, crystal jewelry, etc.

Reservations are made for misprints and out-of-stock items.

The customer covers the return costs of physical products themselves. When returning your goods, they must be properly wrapped and the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the return is done safely and without damage, errors and defects. The item must be sent with delivery directly to the address and not to a post office or parcel shop. The original shipping on purchase will not be refunded.

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

- Delivery of goods which are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, including custom-made crystal jewellery, clairvoyances, life guidance, angel card readings, personal courses and workshops.
- Gift cards.
- Audio files and other electronic material.

We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery, to parcel shops or post offices. These will automatically be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Refund - Services, as well as webshop.

If a refund has been agreed, please send the recipient bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount. If payment has been made with a Dankort, the money is paid back to the card used. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, i.e. either via MobilePay, VISA/dankort and other cards, ViaBill or credit vouchers, as well as gift cards.

Gift cards and credit certificates cannot be paid out to a bank account or exchanged for cash, but will always be refunded in the same way as the original purchase was paid for.

Cancellation of appointment

If you have booked an appointment for a service such as: spiritual life guidance, soul talk, clairvoyance, healing, angel card reading or similar custom-made service, cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time. Cancellation of your booked time later than 24 hours before, the full amount is paid.

In case of non-attendance, the full amount is paid.

Right of cancellation and exchange

There is a 14-day right of return and exchange on physical goods purchased in our webshop, except for online products (electronic products such as audio files, online course and other online products), custom-made crystal jewelery and other custom-made goods and gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

If you have regretted your purchase within 14 days, money will be returned if the item is returned within a further 14 days from the date on which it is pointed out that the right of cancellation is to be used.

If the purchase is canceled 15-30 days after purchase, a credit certificate will be given instead, which can be used on the webshop (cannot be used for services).

Return costs in connection with canceling a purchase must be borne by you. No refunds are given for shipping on the original purchase. You can buy a return label from us for DKK 50. If you want to have an order sent back or exchanged, you must bear the shipping costs yourself.

Return orders must be sent with PostNord or DAO with home/business delivery. Packages sent to the parcel shop or by cash on delivery will not be delivered or picked up, and will therefore be sent back to the sender, at the sender's expense.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and once the cancellation has been reported, the purchase must be returned no later than 14 days after. The cancellation period is calculated from the day you place the order. Refusing a shipment or failing to pick up a package is not accepted as having made use of your right of withdrawal. This must be communicated in writing.

The notice must be given by email at kontakt@zoeyadrianna.dk. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal within the 14 days. Remember to return your item within 14 days if you want the money refunded. Upon receipt of returned goods after 14 days, a credit note is issued.

It is not possible to return an item in person, or by leaving items in a mailbox or similar. All returns must be made through a shipping company, such as DAO or PostNord.

Refuse shipment or lack of collection in the parcel shop

Refusing a shipment or failing to pick up a package/order is not accepted as having made use of your right of return and therefore the right of return is waived. If you wish to make use of the right of return, it must be notified no later than 14 days after purchase. If you fail to make use of the right of return, for example by failing to pick up the package or not making it known in writing, it is not possible to get money refunded for the order. The buyer can then have the order sent again, at his own expense. (49,- for package shop). Shipping for the original purchase or return will not be refunded. If the buyer wishes to have the order sent again, this is therefore done at the buyer's own expense.

If the shipment is refused or not picked up, an administration fee of DKK 49 is imposed if the buyer has obtained free shipping on the purchase order. The amount is set off before any money is given back, if the buyer is entitled to this, or before a credit certificate is issued and before the item is returned to the buyer.

Packaging and the condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back in the form of a credit card, depending on the item's commercial value. The packaging must not be broken or damaged.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it. When returning, the item is sent back in the original packaging. The product or packaging must not be damaged, and any marks, stickers, packaging, jewelery boxes or the like must be intact.

The buyer is solely responsible for the item or items being returned properly and in the same condition as when purchased. It is therefore the buyer who is liable if damage occurs during transport in connection with the return, as responsibility for the goods is the buyer's after delivery. When returning, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the item yourself until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

Returning goods is at your own risk. If the value of the item exceeds DKK 5,000, it is recommended that you return the item as a value package, with which you as a customer are insured, should the package be lost in the post.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
