Draw today's tarot cards online

Many choose to draw a tarot card on this site every single day, and there is a good reason for that. Starting your day with a tarot card can bring both clarity and direction to your everyday life. It's about gaining insight into the energies and themes that surround you right now. Each card has its own unique symbolism that can help you with everything from small daily choices to the bigger decisions that shape your life path.

Why draw a daily tarot card?

Making tarot a daily practice can be a wonderful way to strengthen your intuition and gain a deeper understanding of the patterns unfolding in your life. When you draw a card each day, you not only gain a new perspective, but also a quiet reminder to listen to yourself and what really matters. It can create calmness, focus and a sense of balance – like taking a short break in the middle of everyday busyness, where you just take a deep breath and notice.

How to listen to the wisdom of the tarot cards

When you draw a tarot card, it's not just the card's image and symbolism that speaks to you. The cards act as a mirror that reflects your own inner wisdom. Take a moment to sit with the card and ask yourself: What feelings does it evoke in me? What thoughts and memories come to mind? Listen to your intuition and pay attention to which areas of your life the card's message relates to.

To make it easier for you to understand each card's message, I have added a brief explanation in keyword form to all the cards. These little notes can help you decode the meaning of the card and make it easier to relate to your life and the questions you face.

How many tarot cards can I draw?

A classic tarot deck consists of 78 cards, divided into three main groups: the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, and the Court Cards. Each of these groups represents an aspect of your inner journey – from the deeper calling of the soul (spirit), to the earthly and practical (body), and the mental and emotional realm (mind).

When you work with tarot, you open up a language that can reflect your feelings, thoughts and potential. On this page you have the opportunity to draw a tarot card for free and be inspired in your next step — whether you are in the middle of a transition, seeking clarity, or simply want to get a little closer to yourself. You can draw as many tarot cards as you like.

What do the tarot cards I draw tell me?

Each tarot card holds its own unique meaning – like small pieces in a larger, symbolic puzzle. When the cards are put together in a spread, their messages can change character and tone, depending on how they speak to each other. It is precisely in the interaction between the cards that tarot becomes a living and intuitive practice.

The Major Arcana consists of 22 cards, and these cards often carry the deepest and most transformative messages. They revolve around the big themes of life – destiny, love, death, soul journeys and life choices. Therefore, they are often used when we seek insight into the bigger picture or are at crossroads in life.

The Minor Arcana , which contains the remaining 56 cards, takes us into the more down-to-earth layers of everyday life. Here we receive guidance in relation to daily energies, relationships and actions. The cards are divided into four suits, each representing a specific dimension:

  • Coins – our physical world, economy and security.
  • Swords – thoughts, decisions and mental clarity.
  • Cups – emotions, relationships and the movements of the heart.
  • Stokke – passion, creativity and intuition.

The Court cards act as mirrors of our personal development and level of consciousness. They can also represent people in our lives who have a special meaning – as guides, teachers, or challengers we need to grow through.

In other words, Tarot is an intuitive guide – one that speaks not just to the outside, but especially to what is felt inside.
