This large tarot set consists of 78 cards, created by Lady Frieda Harris following instructions from occult scholar Aleister Crowley.
This tarot set is known for its beautiful art-deco style and incorporates Kabbalistic and astrological elements, as described in Aleister Crowley's "Book of Thoth" . The cards are rich in Egyptian symbols and also reflect Crowley's interest in alchemy and magic. In the major arcana, each card is linked to a Hebrew letter, a path on the Tree of Life, and associated with an astrological sign, element or planet. Known for its impressive imagery and deep occult content, the set has attracted a global following since its first publication in 1969. It comes with an instruction leaflet that includes two short stories by Lady Frieda Harris and a commentary by Stuart R. Kaplan .
