Episode #31 is dedicated to reminding ourselves that it is important to listen to our own needs, both the physical, mental and emotional needs that we may have.

Often we can forget to remember the very basic needs and therefore we end up compromising a little too much with ourselves and what we actually need. Both in the big things in life, but also in the very small things in everyday life.
