Is the way you live life consistent with yourself, who you are and who you want to be? Or do you forget to prioritize yourself, your wishes and what you need - both daily and completely basic, and also in the slightly larger and long-term perspective?

Then maybe it's time to check in with yourself and your needs, and start remembering to put you and that in the calendar. So, in this way, you can create an overview of how much time you spend on yourself, your needs and on creating the life you actually dream of - and how much you spend on everything that drains and weighs you down, and that doesn't create your dream life.
