Metaphysically, the Terahertz crystal is said to have a high frequency that can improve energy and vitality, enhance blood circulation and oxygen uptake, and promote mental clarity and focus. Many also believe that it can protect against electromagnetic radiation from electronic devices.
Terahertz crystal is a man-made stone developed by Japanese researchers to interact with terahertz waves – a part of the electromagnetic spectrum between microwaves and infrared radiation. It has a silver-gray, metallic color and a hardness of about 7 on the Mohs scale. Although it is not a naturally occurring crystal, it has gained great popularity in spiritual circles due to its energizing and protective properties.
