White Sage & Lavender – Smudge Spray – 100 ml

Application:
Use California White Sage & Lavender smudge spray daily at home, in the office, in the car or in the meditation room or yoga studio. Spray in a sweeping motion for about five seconds for best effect.
Set an intention for why you want to clear negative energy. Taking the time to set a positive intention is valuable. Say: "I release all energies that do not serve me. All negativity that surrounds me and all fear that limits me." Spray a few sprays in the corners and work your way towards the center of the room. Wave the mist around.
