Perfect incense package with several delicious things. All of which can be used for cleansing and to create balance and lovely energy wherever you use it.

In the package you will find different types of sage, palo santo and incense. Smudge sticks and palo santo last a very long time as you only need to burn a little each time. Some have them for months and others for years, depending on how much you use and how often.

Incense:

Do you need to clean your home, work or another place you stay? Or do you just want to enjoy the calm, the scent and the present sensation of incense, either when you meditate, practice yoga or simply feel like a little well-being? Then incense is for you.

All incenses are different, but the principle is the same: Place the incense in a holder, light it with fire, then blow out the flame and let the incense burn down. Incense is a lovely scent and a treat for the senses. It can be enjoyed as part of your spiritual practice, or simply when you feel like a little fragrance, cleansing and well-being.

Palo Santo:

Called magical, mystical, sacred and unique, Palo Santo wood is perfect for cleansing and restoring energy.

This fragrant tree is highly respected spiritually among shamans and healers and has been used in sacred rituals and for cleansing purposes for thousands of years by the indigenous peoples of South America. Palo Santo has a light, sweet scent.

Light the stick, let it burn for approx. 30 seconds before you blow the flame out. Let it smolder and pass the smoke over your body or other objects you wish to purify; including your home, car, your crystals, yourself etc.

Abelone must:

Abalone shell is a natural material, so no one is the same, but all incredibly beautiful and attractive. It is raw on the back.

Sage:

Light one end of the bundle. Let the flames take hold and then blow it out. When you're done, you can press your bundle against a fireproof material, such as stone, seashell, or the like to extinguish it.

Sage has been used for thousands of years to clean out the energy and make room for new, lovely and good energy. So it can be used to clean both home, office, ourselves (outside the body, at a safe distance so we are not hit by the embers) and wherever else we need to clean out and reset the energy. Remember to open your windows when you clean out, so that the heavy energy and the smoke can escape.
