Positive affirmations are phrases or statements that are meant to strengthen and encourage. They are often phrased as sentences in the present tense that you would like to achieve, and are used as a form of self-help to change one's inner monologue and thoughts about oneself.

Positive confirmations can e.g. be: " I am worthy and loved" , "I can do anything I set my mind to" , "I am strong and brave" etc. They are meant as a kind of positive reminder that you are powerful and in control of your own thoughts and that you have the resources to achieve the things you want in life.

Positive affirmations are a tool that can help you focus on the positive things in life and change a negative attitude to a more positive one. They can also help to increase self-confidence and self-esteem.

About the book

Focusing on positive affirmations has a big impact on our self-esteem, happiness and overall well-being. Just as a lot of daily negative affirmations have the opposite effect. Therefore, it is important that we remember that affirmations are what we think, say and feel all day long. And what we affirm time and time again, day after day, is what we want to experience more of and attract more of into our lives.

How to use the book

Personally, I use the book myself by selecting one positive affirmation per page and then repeating the phrase, over and over, until the entire page is filled. Sometimes I just fill out a single page and other times multiple pages, with multiple confirmations. But how you use the book is up to you! It should feel good for you! And if you want to draw, or use the book in another way, that's just as well!

So positive affirmation is pretty much all you could want more of in life. There are no boundaries, or right or wrong.

A positive affirmation could be:

- My life is wonderful!

- I am loved!

- I always attract abundance!

- I have a lot of great things to be happy about!

- Life is good!

- I'm on the right track!

- Everything always unfolds perfectly for me!

etc...

Write the affirmations in I format and in the present tense. Then you help tell the universe what it is you want. Don't use words like maybe, think or hope. Because then you doubt yourself and that the universe will deliver what you want.
