Mint incense is a traditional method of cleansing and refreshing the environment with the refreshing scent of mint. Mint is known for its many health benefits, and its use in incense can create a calming and refreshing atmosphere.

The mint is in bundle form and consists entirely of dried mint leaves, which are tied together in a tight bundle. When the bundle is lit, the aromatic oils from the leaves are released, creating a pleasant scent and a cleansing smoke.

Use

Light one end of the bundle. Let the flames catch and then blow it out. When you are finished, you can press your bundle against a fireproof material, such as a rock, seashell, or similar, to extinguish it.

Mint as incense has been used for thousands of years to cleanse the energy and make room for new, lovely and good energy. So it can be used to cleanse both home, office, ourselves (outside the body, at a safe distance so that we are not hit by the embers) and wherever else we need to cleanse and reset the energy. Remember to open your windows when you cleanse so that the heavy energy and smoke can come out.

This bundle can be used over and over again, and will last for many months, as only a little is needed at a time.
