This guided meditation in just under 30 minutes, cleanses and creates balance and calm in your chakra system.

The chakras are energy centers that have a connection with our body, organs, emotions, our well-being and our different stages of life and our spiritual connection. It is therefore important that our chakras are in balance. If our chakras are not, we can experience imbalances on different levels in our lives, in body, mind and soul.

In this meditation you are guided through the 7 most important energy centers , which are located from the bottom of the spine to the top of the head, and each chakra or energy center has its own color associated with which we can use to activate and balance it. Together, all the colors create the color of a rainbow, which so nicely symbolizes that when all our chakras are open, cleansed and balanced, that we as people become whole and are in balance ourselves.


Meditation is – in my eyes – an underrated tool. A tool we humans also have right at hand and it's even free. Meditation is something that everyone can find out, that everyone can benefit from and that everyone can get 'better' at and therefore get more and more out of.

There are many ways to do it and really there is nothing that is either right or wrong. It's more about what gives you peace and about finding your own way of doing it. But meditation is and will be an important element when it comes to your own inner calm and peace, and if you want to gain clarity, gain peace of mind and body, and especially if you are often overstimulated, stressed or similar in your everyday life.

I usually say that meditation is the direct line to the universe. So if you want to have a clear connection without noise on the line, you want to learn to communicate with the universe and listen to your own intuition and understand the signs you are shown, as well as find more peace and energy, then you need meditation.

Meditation has many beneficial effects, among other things it prevents and relieves stress, it strengthens the immune system and lowers high blood pressure, it gives you calm, emotional stability and a sea of ​​other good things. So even if you think it's boring to meditate, can't quite find peace all the time or don't quite know how to do it, it's something I would definitely recommend doing as often as possible.
