The word " chakra " comes from the ancient Indian language Sanskrit and means "wheel". According to the ancient healing traditions, every human being has seven important chakras or centers of energy that emit and absorb good and bad energies. It is important to have balance in the energies to have balance in body, mind and spirit.

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)

- Location: At the base of the spine
- Purpose: Stability, safety and grounding

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
- Color: Orange

- Location: Above the navel
- Purpose: Self-confidence, personal power and willpower

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)

- Location: Middle of the chest
- Purpose: Love, compassion and relationships

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
- Color: Blue
- Crystal: Sodalite
- Location: Neck area
- Purpose: Communication and expression

6. Pande Chakra (Ajna)
- Color: Indigo
- Crystal: Lapis Lazuli
- Location: Between the eyebrows
- Purpose: Intuition and insight

7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
- Color: Violet or white
- Crystal: Amethyst
- Location: Top of the head
- Purpose: Spiritual connection and awareness
