Christmas and the New Year are just around the corner and often it is connected with a lot of social events, gatherings and not least a lot of different impressions, stimuli and people we have to deal with - and it is not always easy. So in this episode I talk a little about what it means to be sensitive and how you can take extra good care of your energy and your nervous system - both during intense and stressful periods, but also in general how we learn to take better care of our fine energy and charge the batteries.
