Gratitude is available to everyone - it's right in front of us, but all too often we forget it or downplay it because we think it doesn't have much effect or utility... but all of this couldn't be further from the truth.
Because research shows that a greater focus on gratitude not only makes you happier and attracts more of what you want in your life, it also improves both your physical and mental well-being, increases your self-esteem, gives more peace and surplus and a better night's sleep.
This new and updated gratitude book invites you to focus daily on:
- What you are grateful for
- What particularly made you happy and why
- A positive affirmation about yourself or life in general
- What good things have you done for yourself today
A daily focus on these few things sheds light on what you have to be grateful for in your life, what makes you happy and what you do of good things for yourself! All together, something that helps lift your energy and your spiritual practice to a higher level.
Since 2014, when I first came across gratitude, I have tried to practice it often. I'm not perfect and there are definitely days I forget it myself or simply don't have the energy for it. But just because we skip a few days doesn't mean all is lost... it's just back to the horse when we're ready again!
In any case, gratitude is one of the best choices you can make for yourself.
