Here are my 5 essential tips on how to get in touch with the universe and get its help. Whether you are a beginner or not, these points are important if you want to learn how to better connect with the universe.


Whether we like it or not, meditation is and will be one of the most important tools if we want to get in better contact with ourselves, increase our general well-being and get in touch with the universe.
By meditating, preferably daily (Yes, I know I'm annoying now), we increase our connection to the spiritual world. By being in silence for some time during the day, where you only focus on yourself and your meditation, you create space and the opportunity to connect with the universe even more strongly! You can meditate by just focusing on your breath, for example by inhaling for a count of 4, pausing for 2 seconds, and then exhaling for a count of 5. Exhaling longer than you inhale creates you calm your body faster.
You can also find a lot of exciting guided videos on YouTube, or you can find your own way to do it. The most important thing is just that you get it prioritized and done!


This point goes hand in hand with meditation. We humans are so busy every day. We have work, school, children, family, sports, hobbies and much more to take care of. We are often glued to our computer, TV, iPad or mobile phone. So by creating a space just for silence, there you will be able to start to feel, sense and hear the messages that are meant for you. But if there is too much noise on the line, then it is clear that you do not notice anything. Train yourself to just be, even if it's just 5-10 minutes a day, practice being, without any kind of stimuli. It will take some practice at first, but it is essential if you want to make better contact with the universe and get its help!


Train yourself to use your intuition. We are all born with a gut feeling and we have all, at one point or another in our lives, had a feeling that something, for example, felt right or wrong, without actually having evidence for it. It's our gut feeling – our intuition! Practice listening to it daily. The more you can practice listening to it and to yourself, the easier it will be for you in the future. Start small. Listen and feel for what feels right for you. For example, if someone asks you if you want to meet for coffee next week, but you feel that you don't feel like it, but you feel that you should say yes, then listen to yourself and your intuition. If you don't know how to say no, say you'll come back after you've checked your calendar.
So train yourself to listen to your gut - you were born with it for a reason!


Confirm to the universe that you are ready to receive messages, messages and guidance! When you use affirmations, you get in the right mindset, and the fact is, you attract what you think about. So practice using affirmations. For example, you can say: "Universe, thank you for showing me the answer I need." or “Universe, thank you for letting me feel the answer I need.”
The more you confirm to yourself and the universe that you are ready to receive help, the faster you will get it and the faster you will notice it, time and time again.


An old saying goes that faith can move mountains. I definitely agree with that claim!
The more we believe in something, the more likely it is to happen in our lives. Believe that you can easily open yourself up to the universe and get its help and believe that you can easily figure out how to meditate (Just give it a try! Don't give up after the first few times). Believe that you can easily use your intuition to guide you in life. The more you believe in it and the more willing you are to see the help and accept it, the more help and support you will get.
