In today's episode, I talk about gratitude and why it is so important that we humans use it. Gratitude is not about being positive 24/7, but about being happy with what we have. Because if we look around, we have an enormous number of things to be happy and grateful for. But often our focus is on everything that doesn't work, everything that is bad, everything that is negative and everything that we wish were different.
So I give my take on why gratitude is so important and why we need to step up, take responsibility and start implementing some more good habits - such as gratitude - if we want to create change for the better.
