Do you know all the benefits of meditation? Probably not... I don't know them all either. But I do know from myself that meditation gives me inner and outer peace, clarity, focus and a feeling that life is just going at a slightly quieter pace for a while... Something that can be really nice to feel in a hectic everyday life. Beyond that, it's also a tool that's necessary to make use of if we want to be in touch with the universe and all it has to offer.
